The 2010 Panthers

Signup for the 2010/2011 Panther Youth Wrestling Club will be held at the LeRoy H.S. Cafetorium the evenings of Wed, Oct 6th and Thu, October 7th from 6:30 – 7:30 each night.  Our club is open to students grade K – 4th.  We will also be taking Coaches applications.  If you’re interested in helping coach this year, please let me know.

Coaches will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.  Fees will remain at $70 for the first club member and $60 for additional family members within the same household.  Coaches fees are $40.  A flier will be sent to the LeRoy and Tri-Valley elementary schools the week of 9/27 with additional information about the club.

Recruiting by our current and former members is our greatest source of new members.  If you know of kids who might enjoy wrestling, please talk to their parents and encourage them to sign up.

If you’ve taken some cool pics of your child in action, please send photos to me – Kevin Schaefer.

We intend on making good use of the website when it comes to photos and videos. We have a YouTube account set up and ready for video uploads. If you have video clips or photos that you would like to share with the rest of the club please send them. It is also a great way for your child to feel pride in his participation in the Panther Wrestling Club. Imagine his pride when he can show his friends that he is on a website.

If you’re not sure what you need to do to prepare a video clip please send me an e-mail. I will post a simple guide on the website shortly. I’ll try to have a portable hard drive with me when we see you at practices or tournaments. You can transfer them to me at that time also. Video clips should be short and to the point, highlighting the best moments.
